For your convenience, we can immediately guarantee your reservation with a one night deposit.

The Salsbury Avenue Inn is a small property where every guest reservation made is both special and important to us.
If your travel plans change, and you must cancel, Please call at least seven (7) days prior to your arrival date for
a cheerful refund of your deposit.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with fewer than seven (7) days notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that you take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room (rooms), a full refund will be made.
This applies to Peak Season (May, June, July, August, & September) only.

Off Season (October, November, December, January, February, March, & April) 10 % off Seasonal Rates.
